Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

What to Expect from Your Sessions

  • 45-minute sessions available virtually or in person (NYC-based)

  • Weekly sessions are typically recommended to start

  • Most clients work with me for 6–12 months, depending on goals

  • Flexible scheduling, including early morning and evening availability

  • $225 per 45-minute session
