    Yes—sessions are available during lunch breaks, early mornings, or other times that fit into your workday.

    No problem. Virtual sessions make it easy to stay consistent, no matter where work takes you.

  • How long does therapy take?

    Most clients work with me for 6–12 months, but it really depends on your goals and how we build momentum together.
